Jalanan is a documentary about three street musicians in Indonesia. Although they are gifted, Boni, Ho, and Titi struggle to make ends meet. Still, they continue to embrace their love and passion for music. The night I went to see this movie, the screen blacked out, which is unfortunate when watching a film with subtitles. It offered a glimpse into the Indonesian culture, as well as the poverty and corruption that occurs there.
