From Aiea to Waikiki, it took me almost two hours to get to the hotel. I took a detour at the Outrigger because I spotted a Starbucks and I needed something to wake me up. It also took me a while to find the hotel because I was walking from the side and I didn’t see their sign. I figured it would be the next to the Outrigger so I walked in and looked around. Of course some of the workers looked at me funny and I felt so lost I eventually asked a worker who helped me get to the location.
He was nice and showed me where the closing conference was (garden terrace). I liked the open area they had and the room where the conference was in, looked really nice. Most of the students from my class were in attendance, which was most of the audience. As usual the conference started later than expected so pictures were being taken and the food / beverages being offered were being eaten. Nom nom.
Since I had a midterm to rush to at 1150 I took as many pictures as I could and some videos with my Nikon before I left with another student. The panel had interesting things to say and I was really disappointed that I couldn’t stay for the entire conference.
